We collect your email address and display name when you register. We collect the breeding data you enter into the Service (rooms, tanks, fish, water parameters, tasks, etc.). We collect device and browser information when you submit beta feedback.

We use your data to provide the Aquaholic breeding management features. We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Each user's data is isolated — you can only access your own breeding records. Admin users may access data only for support purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support.
5. Marketing Communications
With your optional consent, we may send you product updates and newsletters. You can opt out at any time. Marketing consent is not required to use the Service.
6. Cookies & Tracking
The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies during beta.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data using the CSV export features in Reports. Contact support to exercise these rights.
